Bio

As Chief Growth Officer, Parker Woodson supports Goering & Granatino’s growth through removing operational friction, strengthening margins through process improvements, and modernizing offerings to meet evolving client needs. He partners across the firm to connect strategy with day‑to‑day execution, combining  “COO + CFO + CMO” muscles into one role focused on sustainable growth and client experience.

Parker’s background spans financial operations and strategic initiatives roles, often parachuting into high‑potential practices to build scalable processes, unlock capacity, and turn early wins into repeatable performance. He’s drawn to entrepreneurial cultures where client service is personal and proactive, which made GG a natural fit. In his words, the job to be done is to “add gas to the fire” by tightening systems and enabling the team to communicate and deliver at their best.

On the revenue side, Parker supports business development, product offering evolution, and go‑to‑market strategy, always with an emphasis on clarity for clients and set‑up for the team. On the efficiency side, he focuses on process design, bottleneck removal, and quality at scale so GG’s hallmark service feels even more seamless to clients.
